IDE er SCSI

Im using windows XP on my main machine and I just put a DVD Writer in.. I started the machine tonight and I tryed to burn some stuff off. NERO came back with the error SCSI command aborted.. WTF, in the hardware profile it's showing all my drives as SCSI. but there all IDE. Anyone else has this??

I just found out it's a problem with Windows updates on certain mo'bo's and it's caused by the dvd drive.. unlucky me |chat|
