What is currently the best windows operating system?. Win XP pro or Windows 2000 enterprise edition?, or is there another version of windoze that is better? What is your past experence and what would you recomend..?

It's not going to be running games or anything needing loads of computing.. but It needs to be as stable as possible..!

Windows 2000 is most stable in my experience. On any PC i've installed, I've seen more problems with windows XP. Also, 2K can handle being on for longer too. Since we put XP on our server, it's been dropping the connection.
