All,
Was thinking of buying a new DVD player but need to have Divx & Xvid built in, I have s**t loads of movies in Divx format and don't want to transfer them to DVD format. Takes to long......
I know lots of DVD players now play Divx movies but would like to know if anyone has seen any of these or can recommend one before I commit.
Cheers

I got a liteon one. They are OK, but when DivX codecs change to new versions, the pir8s encode with them, making it hard for the player to keep up (unless they provide firmware releases often - which doesn't happen!)
The player technology works ok, but I dont think they are worth it.

I aint gettin anything modded at your shop dude!!
I spoke with the woman, and she says it'll be £105 to mod a PS2. Thats a bit steep I reckon!
