Just a thought (sorry if this is a dumb question)!!
Why when we play league matches can't we have Kill Cam turned on, if someone shoots you through a wall etc we would see this happen?

No, that cant happen. CB wouldnt allow it.
We could try specifying rules manually, but I suspect most wouldnt accept. Actually m8, I think it's a good idea!! Cos the ones who dont accept it are likely the cheats!
We should try it out!

.... aint gonna happen - I wouldnt agree to it if a clan proposed it to me for a match.
esp...Clans that like to use a sniper... they wont want their position given away.
But I understand where you are coming from ... tis frustrating.

Other Clan members also have problems. What are we going to do ?

play counterstrike?.....
unfortunately theres not a lot you can do, the clean players such as BA were really looking forward to PB but all PB can do is detect and kick cheats that the current PB version is aware of, if someone is usin a cheat PB aint aware of yet then PB might as well not be running cuz it aint gonna do nowt
COD is the 3rd game thats been ruined by the cheaters for me, first was counterstrike, used to play that every day without fail, was a great game then the cheaters came, then punkbuster came, but the cheaters still prevailed even with punkbuster on the scene
Then there was mohaa, cheaters ruined that for us, and now cod makes 3
