Guys,

DO NOT GO FOR TISCALI, Im having extreme difficulties in cancelling at the moment, I attach a nice email to customer services that i have just sent....

At this moment in time I am furious to find out that my request to cancel my broadband connection has not been completed - even after numerous phonecalls and Tiscali employees stating that it is 'going through'. My initial complaint and reason for cancelling is contention issues in the local area that are affecting service speed.

I have now been told to resend the email to broadband cancellations (who take 14 days to reply), My original email was sent on the 22/04/2004, its now 01/06/2004.

I would not mind if I was kept informed of proceedings, but I have not been. Im very frustrated at the moment as its EXTREMELY easy to apply and pay for the ADSL line, but if you wish to cancel its nearly impossible.

I would like to speak to someone 'in person' and not wait for 14 days (or longer) for someone NOT to get back to me.

I want to cancel the service, or I want someone to tell me that I can't until my 12 month contract is up. If its the latter I want to upgrade to 1 Meg.

Please dont take this email to wrong way, its the weeks of waiting for a response getting to me now.

If someone could get back to me I would be extremely grateful.

if you leave them budd try nildrim or pipex

im with Pipex 1mb £32 a month, 1:50 ,50mb free ws

had no trouble with them in 1yr 1/2 good service keep you up ta date with when theyre doing line matainance ect

very helpful if any troubles
