2v2 Torny

Hi all

Right at the beggining of this year i was going to arrange a 2v2 torny for some weird reason i forgot all about it

so i say how about now

maybe the end of June

16 teams


im going to invite BA (good fun bunch) and maybe DN (pals from way back)

so get picking a partner,

when you have your team

send the details to me at sudden5trikek1@hotmail.com

with these details

teamname:-
names of 1st person
names of 2nd person

theres a limit of 16 teams so its on a 1st serve basis

MORE INFO

it will be played over 2days

1st day will be knock-out stages

hopefully leaving 4 teams for 2 semi final matches

then the final

map to be played shall be decided on a later date(probaly a small map as its a 2v2)

it will be played in s&d mode with NO setting of the bomb

1)bash to decide teams
2)play 1 map 1st to five
3)play 2nd map 1st to five
4)add up final scores winner has most rounds

Just did m8, my BA email wont send but can recieve. The mail was still in me out box.

Just emailed him from my work account, but he knew about my team anyway as he was on the server the other night.

We need a team name though, get thinking and I will talk to u over IM or something when u get ur DSL.

Nueville is a small map, Dawnville is a bit big, also try Stalingrad.

Cheers m8 for that vote of confidence. Just as a point I have seen a mod that kills you if u camp too long, will try and find it. It also does a cool thing with a voice shouting "take cover, incoming!!!!" and then all hell breaks loose in explotions around you. nice

If we have our servers by then we could assign a dedicated tourney server, with this mod running.
