hey buddy,

the isp managed to find the bottleneck, and told me they cant do nothing about it on short terms. Instead they put me on a different broadband part from casema.nl also a cable provider.

well to make a long storry short they put me on that last friday and my speed is super only haven't got time to test it on the server yet
but downloading and browsing is super now i really see the difference

thanks for all the help and thanks to my provider who helped me out at last

now the only thing i have to do is spy on the web for them and give them all the negative links so they can do something about it
