TF2 Problems

Have just got TF2 but it crashes about 30sec into the game ......Error paged file memory low or some thing? anyone got a fix to this ....on the steam forums it says to close any processes that use paged memory !!! CRAP!

Abit AB9 Quad GT
ATI 1950 Pro
Creavite X-fi Wendle crap sound card

it has to run nice and easy
have you tried and start the game up with the option -windowed

iff you right click the game go to start options
and the put that lin in the bar

i think its got something to do with graphics
