Thats the question on the publics lips, by default I don't think its enabled, there needs to be two lines added to the server config I think. The clientside has to be switched on via your Multiplayer options button in CoD, CoD once switched on will scan for cheats but it won't be 100% or as in-depth as it should be for two weeks. It'll be full-force once everyones server has settled down and the bugs are taken care of.

I think iO will be ok, because they keep their cheats to themselves. But people like DD who beat us - they are proper ****ed.

I'd really like to push for anticheat to be installed tonight. I reckon it's only fair considering the new version of the game is out. We should ask McClane when we are about tonight.

Just out of interest I went to a "Cheat-making" site to see what the word was on PB and how serious the cheating community take it. Basically it looks like as the cheats are coded and made they won't be made public; they're going "underground" and keeping em to themselves. That sounds bloody good to me, its been stated that PB will eliminate over 60% of the cheat population in this game, plus this CoD-PB does detect OpenGL hooks.
I can't wait to get back in the saddle again now.

Best to have it ready to be installed m8, it takes a couple of minutes at most. I've just been onto uber1337s IRC and asked when ours will be done; they've told me fingers crossed it'll be up and running 1.4 for 6-7pm tonight. Gonna be close but it'll be worth it if it is done.
