Ok just a quick, possibly silly question. I've downloaded all the client files and installed it, w00t. Do i have to install the 1.12 patch aswell? or is that not needed now because the beta is over?

when you get the screen offering the patch 1.12 just click continue and let it do the rest. Keep an eye on it though as you will be prompted to restart LoTRO and log in again to get the game updates. Make sure you click 'continue' only as the top two options require you to open a fileplanet account and we wouldn't want that would we?

1.12 is the 'tweaked' beta version and has a lot of fixes and performance enhancements built into it (you won't be bale to play with older versions as far as i'm aware). Come the 24th this client will again be patched, bringing it up to the full retail client version.
