..Anyone Help this error came up after I reinstalled CoD.. I uninstalled again and reinstalled with no luck I even loaded the patch.

Did you add / download any custom maps?? Or join a server which forced a download of a custom map?

If it's not that, just reinstall it and save yourself time and energy finding the cause!

Im missing a PAK file...won't let me copy from disc so now mhyv is sending it to me via MSN and its gonna take several hours

Clean the disk- lint free cloth- from the middle to the outer edge- and never in a circular motion following the 'tracks'.....

Huff on it- you will see any figure marks etc...

have you installed directX
latest version most of the time's thats the deal and iff you cant install the game and there is nothing wrong with the cd try to change it at the store where you bought it from
