Just had a go and it must be my GFX card as it just didn't look right. I can run normal CS:S fine but goes loopy when I go Zombie. Is it DX9 only or haven't I installed something? Looks fun though. Popular server too.

Seems to have sorted itself out now. Wouldn't it be nice to have badacid.net displayed somewhere on the intro or at the top of the scoreboard or maybe something to do with the clan? Just an afterthought. Good fun.

If you haven't already been told - its a MOD for Counter-Strike: Source. The Terrorists are Zombies and run around looking for brains to eat (Counter Terrorists). Once touched by a Zombie (Terrorist) you instantly become a very mouldy smelly gob slobbering pus dripping walking corpse. Nice.

Still having graphics problems despite what I said above. Things appear very dark and don't appear to have textures and every now and then the model textures go psychadelic. Any fixes comes to mind? I've also quickly put together a front graphic for the intro to the server. If its not used or it cannot be added I won't go jumping off any bridges. Feel free to say whether its completely amazing or it is total squished ****e or suggest improvements or make one yourself or shall I shut up now?

I like the front graphics for the server but I don't think the other servers should be advertised on there , it's a css server ! not cod2 . Perhaps just the web addy and 24play web addy on there
Don't know what to suggest for your graphics problem other than maybe fiddling with your settings it shouldn't be DX problem though .

Have you run the video stress test? and what resolution are you running at?

Is it just css that your having probs with or does hl2 or hldm run like it as well?

Hey I take offence at you saying JT has a flat chest. I mean yes compared to yours it's flat, but compared to most men he has cultivated a very fine set of man-boobs there! Not that pendulous either from what i can tell.

Ahem. Cough. Cough. Aaaaahem. Back to my GFX problem. HL2 and Counter-Strike: Source all run fine and all textures appear without any problems. I have run the video stress test, as wOOky suggested, with no problems and the resolution is a whopping, eye blinding 640x480. I have a quite old GFX card called a GeForce 440Go 64M and have installed modded drivers from laptopvideo2go.com and have set all settings to lowest. Have even overclocked the bugger a little and this has caused me no problems when running other applications/games. Perhaps I'm just not downloading the textures for maps at all. Hell, its not a large problem really - its just about still playable.

Gone for a more movie poster look for the badacid Zombie server front graphic. Go on, be critical. It's perhaps a bit plain.

Shanks you need to get the zombie mod , thats what the problem is with your graphics ... |devil3| I'll sort it out and put it on the server so you can download it . God I slapped myself when I realised what it was ! Our server allows you to download and play the maps but you don't the zombie mod

i meant to get my hl2/css reinstalled for this server but havent as yet, sounds like mucho fun, is the concept/objective much different from plain ole css? or is it the same but with zombies in the mix?
