Hi all,
I'm one of those who had CoD for Xmas and wanted to try online gaming.
A mate of mine mentioned the Badacid server and a quick google search brought me here.
So a couple of quick questions;

Noob's
Are complete and utter newbies acceptable on the server?
Server ip
What's the ip for the server? Had a look at TeamDeathMatch listings but couldn't find it.

Any help appreciated but won't respond until tomorrow as me and missus off to the pub'.

Cheers. |beer|

Yeah, what they said, although I don't think you'll find CoD too hard going; you're from a UT2003 background I take it? Good game, especially at LANs. Hope to see you on the sever soon m8.. |thumbup|

Thanks for the welcome.
Logged on and it took me a while to find out how not to spectate. Finally got to play and then died...about 8 times in a minute. |clown2|
Good fun and totally different online.

Only way to improve is to play more.

EDIT: Yeah, played UT2003 a bit but too many cheater's. Either that or I have the reaction times of a sloth. Put me off online gaming.

Last time I played UT was at a GameOn lan which we normally go to a few of, and that was a crackin game, next time we go to GameOn, we should get another UT game going on

Funny you should say that, but Buffy (from GameOn) has a 4 year old heavily into UT2k3 - and he's already been offered several clan places |thumbup|

He's been gaming on proper online games since he was 2.

I hate to think how good he might be in another 3 or 4 years time......he's better than most people now! :D
