Has to be the coolest looking console to date.

Unveiled in LA with an expected release of Spring 2006 (prob US/Japs 1st then UK)

50 times more powerful than the PS2.

Twice as powerful as the XBox360

I. CAN'T. WAIT.

I must admit I agree, Its not gonna make the games any easier by making the Control Pad look more like a banana in my oppinion. Good ol' Analog PS2 Controller to win!! PS2 Controllers better work for the PS3, if they don't Im not gonna be happy! :mad:

Old news it may be but...

1) I don't see any earlier post

2) Is well f*cking cool

I agree about the controller though. A bit weird looking but is wireless so thats a plus. And it may just fit into the hand nicely.

Some of the screenshots from PS3 games are looking mighty fine. Killzone, GT4 and Fifa topping the !!WOW!! charts.
