Nvidia Gf FX question

Onthe control panel for my Geforce FX 5800 card theres the setting for Performance, it has application, Balanced, and Aggressive on it. Which one am I best using and what are the differences?

depends on your system m8! depending on memory speed, cpu and mobo, personally i would go for balanced, aggresive will chew your resources, i.e will run at the highest level thus taking more memory blah blah blah and if your system aint up to it , it will drastically impare performance!!
